In 1995, DRC developed DRC Sakhalin Group (DSG), a majority Russian-owned affiliate company located on Sakhalin Island, Russia.  DSG specializes in industrial and oil field supply. 
 
Because DSG has 51% Russian ownership, it is in full compliance with the Russian content regulations of the Production Sharing Agreements (PSA).  This type of partnership offers customers Russian content under Western management with expertise in remote site supply.  The very best of all worlds.
